"I’ve never met someone as rude and disrespectful as their director. I wouldn’t recommend their services to my worst enemy. They suggested I leave my sick child in the car, yanked my other child from my hands while crying and did not show any compassion or sympathy. If you cancel more than once (for things out of your control) they’ll drop you as a client. They do not need to be in service and seem to have some kind of prejudice against low income and POC. Please stay clear of them!"
