"There were 2 nurses in the office when my sister and I walked in. I was in obvious pain from (what i later found out was a hairline fractured ankle) an ankle injury. They would not give ice, had to prepare a room and was moving at snail speed. They clearly had 0 empathy or compassion and was there just for a pay check. It felt like a prison hospital. Dark, dingy, and cold. Luckily there was a lady who walked in, but had to be seen there for workers comp reasons, she advised us to hightail it to Mercy in Berryville. Thank God. I was diagnosed and out of there in an hr. The staff was attentive and prompt. They were very caring and made this terrible experience a little less dreadful. Head my warning and drive the extra 20 minutes!"
