"I cannot say enough good things about Tri-State Optical!! First off, you are made to feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door! The staff is an amazing group of young ladies! So professional & kind! They truly make the place thrive!! I got to see Dr. Landis, she was so very kind, and super sweet. I truly appreciated this whole visit. It was my first time to get glasses, and they ALL made it very pleasant! They also helped me pick the pair of glasses that looked best on my face, by helping narrow down the selection for me! That was a huge help, because they have an amazing selection of frames, but without help, and telling me what would look best with the shape of my face, it could have been hugely overwhelming! I have received so many compliments on my glasses!! I'm so glad, of all the places in NWA, that I went to this one!!"

"After calling the office to confirm my insurance, she hung up on me. I recalled, asked if my insurance was accepted. She said she didn't know. After asking for a claims person or office manager, I said I will go elsewhere. She said OK - good and hung up. Supporting new businesses is important, Tri State isn't interested."
