"My sales person was diligent, kind and courtious. He did everything he could to find me the right boots. But Red Wing shoes Circle Pines, MN just didn't have boots that fit my feet very well. I ended up choosing the pair that fit the best. But they are so uncomfortable they hurt my feet. I hope I can return them for the comfort guarantee. For someone with normal feet Red Wing shoes has a great selection. One of the pair of boots boots I tried on f really well on 1 of my feet, but the other 1 just didn't fit."

"I bought my first pair of redwings here November second of this year. I am a mobile diesel mechanic so I’m naturally hard on footwear. The first few days my boots were stiff as normal but broke in extremely nicely. By far the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. About a month later I wore a hole in the toe of the left boot and the right boot was not too far behind. (Not the boots fault, my line of work is just hard on all clothing and footwear) I called them this morning and asked them about their tough toe product and if it would seal up the hole. They said the product will seal it and prevent more wear in the future. They said they would like to see the boots to see how bad they were. So about 4 hours later I bring them into the store to have have looked at. They informed me they could repair them and I asked what the price would be and they said they would cover it. AMAZING customer service. And extremely informative about boots and sizing (cause of them I learned my previous boots were one size too big and that was causing my knee pain) I will only be buying my boots from this location. I highly recommend coming in and looking around."
