"These guys recently moved into a bigger storefront on the same shopping plaza and they really did a good job with the new store! So much selection and the prices weren't bad for the brands they carry. It's still expensive, but it didn't feel like they were marking anything up too much."

"If you're a fan of brands like Patagonia, North face, Teva, Free Fly, Chaco, etc..then you need to go to Gearhead Outfitters at the Promenade on Chenal! They have a store so full of the newest and trendiest mens and women's clothing there is period! It's hard to find these brands and not only do they have them all they have some of the most knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service where if they don't have what you're looking for they will find it from one of their locations and have it delivered directly to your doorstep! I'm just another way that Gearhead Outfitters caters to their customers and goes above and beyond! This is my new go-to store and if you visit you'll know why and it'll become yours too!"

"Today was the second time I visited this store and was treated like I was a bother by the employees when I asked for a size in a shoe, as they were standing around talking. Staff was very unprofessional. I’ll go down the road to your competitor and be greeted at the door and treated well. Would not recommend this store. If you’re in Little Rock, Gene Lockwood’s is ten minutes away from this location. And, they treat their customers well. I feel like one of the said employees may have been a manager. So, shame on her. Poor leadership trickles it’s way from the top."

"Today I went into the West Little Rock location to return a pair of sweats I bought my husband on October 23. I was told by the employee that helped me that day if they were the wrong size that I could exchange them after Christmas if they had the original tags on them which they did. I had the receipt and they pulled it up in the system. I’ve been a great customer for years. I buy the membership every year. All I wanted was an exchange and my husband was trying on more clothes today for him to buy as well. I was told no, that they would not exchange or refund. I was also told their policy for returns had changed since I was told that in October. They did not care to try to resolve this issue AT ALL. They didn’t offer to let me talk to management and didn’t even try to apologize for the fact that one of their employees guaranteed me that I would be able to do an exchange for another product. I left upset and will not be spending my money in this store anymore. All my family shops here as well, and I will be telling them all of my experience."
