"This afternoon I decided to visit the store since it was a beautiful day, and having been in the house for the past few days, I felt like shopping. There were two store employees inside. However, neither of the two women greeted me or my husband. In fact both ladies not once asked if I needed assistance or anything. It was if I was invisible. I was going to make a purchase but I thought why should I spend my money in a store who won’t even greet me or ask if I needed any help? So we left but before leaving I spoke to one of the young ladies and told her to enjoy the rest of her day. She responded by saying thanks for shopping with us. Wow!!! What poor, poor service!!! I will never shop there again!"

"Chico's is a great store. I was able to find many outfits. In fact most of my winter wardrobe comes from Chico's this year. The salespersons helps me put the outfits together. Christina helped me to look outside of my normal choices, which resulted in a new look for me. Jennifer is very helpful in helping me finding the one thing that pulls everything together. They work well together."
