"Terrific doctors and nurses. They're truly there to help you. Would recommend to the person in tons of pain with no cure."
"There needs to be a zero star option. Dr. Green has absolutely zero empathy or compassion. He argued with me over my diagnosis, which has been confirmed through extensive imaging by a neurosurgeon, two orthopedic surgeons, and a specialized upper cervical chiropractor — four different doctors. I’ve been all the way to Johns Hopkins (three times), and Dr. Green had the audacity to question Johns Hopkins! I’ve been living with severe chronic pain for over 6 years, and am on the verge of being bedridden and disabled. Some days I can’t even be upright for more than a few minutes, due to the extreme pain I experience, from all the pressure / compression my brain stem is being subjected to. Currently in treatment doing stem cell / platelet rich plasma therapy, but if these fail, I will have to get cervical fusion neck surgery. In the meantime, my neurosurgeon suggested that Dr. Green prescribe something I could take on an as needed basis — just on the days where the pain threshold is too much to handle; something I could take to help get me thru the work day. Dr. Green not only argued with me about my diagnosis (he went on and on about stuff that’s way out of his area of expertise, and it was clear he had no idea what he was talking about), but he also refused to prescribe anything, outside of the medications that I’ve already tried, which have not helped. I’m absolutely baffled and stunned that the local medical system is so broken, that a person who has endured as many years of extreme pain as I have, would be turned away. I can’t help but wonder, according to Dr. Green, if I don’t “qualify” — then who in the world would? Makes me feel sad for anyone else who may also be turned away, after experiencing as much pain and hardship. There’s no telling how many people Dr. Green has turned away. There is absolutely no way this man actually cares about any of his patients, or how much pain they're in. Given his distinct lack of empathy, it's clear that he has no concept of what it's like to have to live with extreme chronic and disabling pain. Dr. Green is an absolute and utter disgrace to the profession, and should be completely ashamed of himself. Don’t waste your time here, save yourself the disappointment, and go ahead and look elsewhere."
"Dr Green has absolutely no bedside manners. I find him rude and unpleasant. I can say the same thing for his nurse practitioner. After I spent a big amount of money in this place he would not even see me for the follow up but put it off on his nurse practitioner. Every surgery appointment I had, he busted in the room without a hello and just carried on making jokes with his staff. Once out of 3 times I had a more pleasant experience. The other times I was not well attended to. Treaded rude. I will not return especially since the treatment did not work but maybe 30% I hope you read this Dr Green. You need to change your ways. I felt almost violated laying there trusting you with my body and you could have cared less!!!!"
"My experience with the Mercy pain clinic has been totally positive. I elected to have the Iovera procedure prior to knee surgery. I walked in with knee pain and walked out with no pain. A day after surgery and still no real pain. Everyone was great. Nurse Practitioner Tonya Davis was exceptional, she was brutally honest in her step by step description of the procedure, delicate in its application and delightful with conversation. ++ I would recommend the clinic and the Iovera procedure."
"I had a wonderful experience with this office and Dr. Green last week. I was so happy I chose this location after having several horrible experiences elsewhere. To me the way this office is run is how it should be everywhere. Everyone was extremely kind and patient with me. I had to bring my toddler with me and everyone accepted both of us with open arms. The staff went above and beyond for us and I am so excited to continue treatment with them. Thank you!"
