"I was able to get a schedule in with an assistant to get my hair cut. I wanted long layers with face frame and thin out my hair what I usually get. I cut 6 inches feeling happy for lighter hair. I didn't ask to see the results after my cut trusting her cause she kept telling me my hair is jut like hers, the thickness and texture. I had it curled to finish off. But after I washed out my hair and feeling it I realized it's not even layered. Feeling disappointed after i arrived early and waiting passed 30 after my apt due to either they were over booked or being behind plus being patient with her jumping from person to person. I even gave her a tip of $10 because she was very nice and talkative making me feel welcome. I would not recommend coming here if you want to get your hair cut. I feel they special in hair color."

"Quynh really took care of my hair. I really love it! Definitely recommend! I came back the second time to update my color, it wasn't what I wanted and my hair got really fried and ugly. My shirt was bleached on the back. I did get a small comp for it."
