"Horrendous wait times with no other patients in the building. Once the Dr came in he didn't even look at my actual knee (only my xrays). He then said I needed surgery but there was nothing he could do for it right away. He wasn't even going to give me an anti-inflammatory and my knee was swollen to double its size. Then I learned that he was a PA not an actual doctor. He clearly didn't want to be there. I asked to see a Dr only to find out there was no doctor in the building. How can you have an "Urgent" care facility with no doctor there?? Complete waste of my time and money. I left in worse shape than I went in."
