Advanced Interventional Pain Management

"Zero Stars- This is the Worst establishment ever in my 64 yrs of age. I initially went for a Cervical injection referred by my UAMS doctor. My initial appt was fine. Then I came back to get my Cervical injection and at that appointment I was lead back to the injection site room and then while talking to me the nurse informed me I was down for a Lumbar injection and I was like NO I'm here for a Cervical injection this made me Very nervous but I finally got my injection and things went good. Then I went back for a follow up and saw Nurse practitioner I assume. I was ordered a Tins unit which that I a whole nother story and scheduled for another injection appointment in Feb. Feb came and I had already scheduled time from work and since I had a slight reaction and had to go home early from the first injection I schedule the same but My Feb appt was canceled due to the Doctor leaving the practice, which they didn't inform me of at my follow-up in Nov which is when the doctor left. They called me to tell me they needed to reschedule, I was livid of course and asked for my records but of course I couldn't find another doctor the quick so I accepted the reschedule(their reschedule) date and trucked on. Today was the reschedule date THEY set up and I get to the office and find it locked up. They apparently closed that office. HMMMMMM didn't think to tell patients????? I even confirmed my appointment via phone call. This establishment is the Worst I have ever dealt with in my 64 yrs ."

"Absolutely do not go here! I used my last sick day of the year and booked an online appt (because nobody would answer the phone) to get help after months of severe lower back pain. When I arrived at 8:00 am there was only one person there who was the receptionist, she was extremely nice but had minimal training, and I was told that they did not have my down for an appt as for the the doctor (Cannon) I was supposed to be seeing no longer works there.She did what should could to help until one of the doctors finally came in and basically said it’s not their problem and I should go find where Dr. Cannon is not working even though she absolutely knew where his new office was. I have never experienced a health care office that has operated with such unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. Please DO NOT come here for pain management or if you’re in severe pain. They do not care!!! I finally found Dr. Cannons new office and I went there immediately leaving here and they squeezed me in with no appt. and were beyond kind when they heard about my experience and could see I was in pain.
