"I only let Kim touch my hair. He knows and understand Asian hair very well. Also he's SO FAST and precise, it's awesome, because for a guy's hair cut and wash, it was never more then 20 min. For my trim ... maybe 30 max."

"Worst haircut ever. Aggressively jabs my head with the hair clippers. Has no delicacy. Everytime she went for a cut I reassured her what to do. “Just a tiny bit” “keep it long” she reassured me okay but I guess she did just whatever she wanted. I now look like a shark please don’t make the mistake I mad or if anything choose the guy over the girl."

"I went to the place to get my hair re-permed as a recommendation by my mom, but the guy chose not to do it because he said my hair was still curly. Instead, I just got my hair cut on the sides however the dude went and cut my entire curly hair off on top and left me with short hair that can’t be fixed. He did not charge me because of course he messed up my hair. While he was cutting my hair he was not even paying attention, did not stand properly as he was standing only with one leg for no reason, and he was too busy getting distracted talking to other people. He didn’t even line my hairline up correctly. I am very disappointed in myself for getting my beautiful hair done here with such poor customer service. I tipped him 20$ still but I’m very upset."

"No stars giving if there was a choice. Terrible service, would not recommend this salon to anyone unless you want to know what terrible and rude service is. Had an appointment, I was nice enough to let a lady go before I do because she was moaning and bitching about her being there first. The barber stated it was going to be 15 mins, I waited 20 mins and then the barber went and grabbed his buddy and started to work on him. Waited a total 45 mins, came out with no haircut. What a waste of time!"
