"I usually only come here with an item already in mind to get, otherwise I don't frequently shop here because of the experience. Clothes weren't thrown everywhere like they usually are on the tables, I was happy about that! The clearance section is still a nerve wreck!! The employees looked mad, unfriendly and gave zero customer service... I think only one associate spoke to me and asked if I needed a basket. Typical visit to this Forever 21"

"Worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had in my life. Speaking to their call center was even worse. Order things and never received them nor a refund or another package. They could care less about you after the run you card, they will continually state policies instead of helping like real CSR agents. Don’t waste your time or money. Fashion nova & ASOS is better quality and less of a hassle."

"This location is a joke and it is sad this is the only Forever 21 I have shopped at and had a bad experience. Each time I walk in, I never get greeted. Workers stand around and some do their job. There is poor signage in the store, I walk around lost and confused looking for the plus section. I had to ask someone where they moved the plus section to since it was moved and there is not a section anywhere that I saw that labels departments. I'm a retail manager so I know how a place is supposed to be ran. It's so cluttered and disorganized and makes it very unshoppable. The prices are great but I never want to stay in long enough to purchase items because of the clutter and arrangement of the store."

"this store is TERRIBLE! the racks are so over stuffed that you can not even look in them. the lines are backed up so long it's insane. clothes, jewelry, and shoes are thrown all over the floor. there is literally trash thrown around the store. the staff doesn't care. the people shopping in the store are obnoxious and rude and loud and just throwing items on the floor. it's an absolute nightmare. I buy forever21 online but I will never go back into this store."
