"I brought my newly acquired 2006 Road King in to have new handlebars installed. The team went over my bike with a fine-tooth comb. They inspected every inch and made some adjustments and recommendations. They were very thorough throughout the whole process, including measuring everything out with me sitting on the bike to get the exact handlebars I needed. Full cable replacements were installed since the new bars were a decent bit taller. They were very up front about everything that was needed, and what wasn't, and the associated costs. The whole experience was very professional and transparent. The cost was reasonable for the work being performed. If the need arises, I will absolutely be returning here for further work on my bike."

"Shouldn't even be one star. I usually mount my own tires but after 10 months of chemotherapy and continued loss of strength, I decided to take it somewhere. I called multiple times and got no answer. Finally left a message. No reply. I figured they must busy meaning they're a good shop. I stopped in to have my tire mounted. I was willing to leave it and pick it up later. The shop was pretty quiet at 2;30 in the afternoon, but was told that "for liability reasons" they don't install customer supplied parts. Doesn't seem like a very customer friendly business. Will not go back for any service."

"I brought a bike in and left it at the shop with pretty vague instructions to look it over before a long trip. In only a day or two I was given a list of "I would do" and "it wouldn't be a bad idea if" and "keep an eye on" things the bike needed. I asked them to fix one thing, order me one part, and said I would do the rest. The next week I got my bike back, got my part, brought it home and finished the project myself. While I was there I got some wise advise from someone who knows a good deal more than I do about long motorcycle trips. It was a pretty great experience and I'm very glad I brought my bike in."
