"We had an amazing experience today. I’m so grateful we had Bridgett today. She made the whole process go quick & smooth. Her sense of humor really was an uplifting experience for which made for wonderful day with amazing news :)"
"Dr. Ashley Mason is incredible! The rest of my experience was not… First of all, at my appointment, I had to do a ton of paperwork even though I filled out form prior to my visit. The receptionist told me they couldn’t access that information. Ok, then why was I told to spend the time on doing it? Also, whatever nurse calls and notifies you of procedure outcomes has no bedside manner/tact and refuses to answer any questions/tells you to wait until you can see you doctor (whose first available is a month away). Also, don’t post that you’re open until 5 when you shut your phones off before that. Called at 4:50p today to reschedule and got an automatic recording that the office is closed."
"I considered Creekside for prenatal care. Their staff and nurses seem dissociated. The prenatal nurse saw me because I wasn't a patient there yet. They took urine and drew blood, but did not confirm my pregnancy. I asked if they were going to check my hcg count, and she said "we can if you want to". It was all around a weird experience. They never called about my labs or results. My biggest concern was the doctor wouldn't see me until 12 weeks. It seemed like they didn't want to deal with women during the most vulnerable phase of their pregnancy. Most clinics in the area have the same 12 week policy. I finally found a doctor with amazing reviews who insists on seeing women at 8 weeks. The nurses called multiple times to discuss my labs, and they sent me for an early ultrasound after seeing the labs from Creekside. They said my hcg was high and wanted to get an early look, make sure the timeline was right, and that the baby was in the right spot and everything. They've also been extremely transparent about costs and options. I canceled my future appointments at Creekside."
"Dr. Ashley Mason is fantastic! She takes time to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She always takes the time to visit with me and make me feel calm. I enjoy the office and everyone who works there."
"When we moved to Arkansas, I left my long-time doctor, who was also a dear friend. Dr. Ashley Mason was fantastic at that first visit; she got all my history, addressed concerns, and took her time. I felt valued and heard. Fast forward to the following year's appointment and Dr. Mason remembered our conversation about my elderly grandmother and even asked about her. She is very personable. Today is my 3rd visit. Last fall I was diagnosed with breast cancer and today she answered and acted on my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic. The office is clean and inviting, the nurses are friendly, and Dr. Ashley Mason is wonderful."
