"Front desk is very difficult to work with. Set up my annual wellness exam. They have a walk-in lab but when i asked if i could get my labs prior to my wellness check I was told i had to go to my appointment with the doctor, then get labs. I assume I would either have to set up another office call to get the results or trust that the doctor reads them later and then call me I guess? This is crazy. I called back 30 minutes later and asked the same question and i was told it was fine to come in and do my labs and then see Dr. Coker. A week later I came for the labs and the front desk told me I would have to come back later for my labs after I met with the doctor. Makes no sense, but it does have the potential for the clinic to get paid for another office call."

"After a bad experience with a dr who ended up shaming me after asking for a referral for therapy, I avoided doctors for a few years after. Due to my husbands insistence, I finally made an appt with dr Coker. Best choice ever. He listens to everything I say, suggests things we could try, and makes me feel completely comfortable. Sometimes it’s hard to get in contact with a nurse when needed, but it could definitely be worse."

"Dr. Coker was nice, but imagine my surprise when I get a call from a debt collector after my visit for a whopping $22. I even asked the front desk staff when I left that day what I owed, was told everything was good. Apparently not!"

"First, this review has nothing to do with Dr. Coker or his nurse as I did not even get to the point of interacting with them. The customer service and communication at this place REALLY need work. I made an appointment and requested a cost estimate for some tests to be performed, since I have to pay out of pocket. Was told I should receive a call with the estimate within a couple of days. Did not hear back for a week, then reached out again on a Friday and was assured that I would hear back by Monday or Tuesday. I got the call, but it failed so I called back immediately and went through the same process. This happened three times before finally, the day before my appointment, after still not hearing back about the cost, I got a call to tell me that they did not perform the type of testing I had requested. I cancelled the appointment and now feel like I wasted two weeks for something I could have been told upfront and already scheduled elsewhere."

"Before the doctor even comes in to examine you they want to run all the tests they can so we asked for flu and strep which cost 60 dollars each so when the doctor finally came in and actually looked at her throat ears etc. She's like oh u definitely don't have strep. Just from a single look. But yet they want there nurses to get you to run every test they can before am exam. Seems pretty fishy to me there more worried about the money then the care of the patients."
