Shoe Dept. Encore

"My wife and I purchased some shoes here back on 2/20/2024. I got some pairs for our daughter and my wife got some winter boots from the clearance aisle. She ended up needing to return them, and when she went to the store to return them, the man on duty was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He claimed they "didn't even sell those boots", but then was willing to take them for an exchange??? So you can exchange for inventory you don't carry? He called her "honey" in a sexist, condescending tone, in front of our daughter no less. He wouldn't even look up the card used to place the order. My wife was so shaken from his unprofessionalism she left the store before anything else could be resolved. Terrible customer service and business practice. Based on other reviews here, we'll be lucky to get our money back. But shame on that man. Shame on you. Save your money folks and shop elsewhere or online. Terrible customer service."

"Stores inventory is severely disorganized. I found three shoes on display that I was interested in for the price. However, there were different shoes stacked beneath the display. Store employees had no idea where anything was, which was the worst part. Would not recommend."

"The really smart people at this store should be in charge of other shoe stores to limit theft. They only keep one shoe in the box. When you decide to buy the shoes they bring out the other half of the pair. It had what I was looking for at a decent price, and the staff was super friendly but laid back."

"I like this place a lot because I always find shoes that fit my feet that are comfortable. My feet are kind of wide so it's hard sometimes to find shoes. I would recommend anyone that has wider feet that's a female to go here for tennis shoes. The prices are reasonable compared to other places. There also is a lot of different kinds of shoes and accessories in the store. The only downside of this store is if it's busy especially it's hard to get assistance. Today I was lucky the lady came around and asked everybody in the store if they needed help which was really nice. The lady that work there also gave advice about shoes to the customer which was really helpful."
