"Best allergist/immunologist in the tri-state area! Dr. Tina Merritt is a wonderful, caring, informed doctor who truly cares about her patients and leaves no stone unturned in their diagnostics and care. Staff there is great too which is really hard to find great staff and great doctor but they have it here. I recommend them to everyone but also scared to cause I don't want them to be so busy because I will see this doc for life. She knows rare conditions too. She understands and agrees patients are partners in their own care. I can't say enough good things. Thank you for existing."
"My DR sent over a referral on 2/11 and I am still waiting on a call back in March. I have called every week over the last 3 weeks and have been told they are behind due to a couple days of snow and someone would get back to me. They are only open 3.5 days a week so if you are needing anything quickly I can not recommend since I am still waiting now on week 3 and was just told on my 3rd follow up call that it might be week 4 before someone can get back to me."
"I'm giving one star because when I called to make an appointment they brought up the 2 times I have canceled this year (plenty of days ahead of time) telling me "if you cancel again, we won't see you." RUDE - Their loss because I have excellent insurance and will need a lot of testing. Businesses need to be kind to their "bread & butter" because it is competitive here in Northwest Arkansas so there are plenty offering these types of services who are much more friendly & deserving of our money. I had to cancel previously because my immune system is very weak and I couldn't get well enough for anymore allergy testing. I've been receiving treatment at the Dallas Environmental Health Center & slowly recovering & felt it was time to do food testing here at home. I will, but NOT with this bunch. Thanks, Summer"
