"Receptionist is rude and doesn’t do her job well. You walk through the door right at time and you can’t be seen."

"Honestly, very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention we received during our visit. Upon spending an hour in the exam room and being “accidentally forgotten.” Dr. Jean is sweet but it’s unacceptable to wait for over 30 minutes when the results only take 15mins. As a Doctor you should be able to depend on your staff to let you know who’s waiting and let you know if they’ve been waiting for an extended amount of time. This is also not the first time the front desk says they can’t find my appointment and then claim their system is slow, my sick child is not at fault that you have a faulty system."

"Terrible establishment on every level Staff is so rude and terribly unhelpful. I’ve never written a review and had to put this up- seriously the worst dr visit the doctors are unprofessional and straight up cruel. They are so slow too. Just everything about this place sucks. Stay away"

"First of all the receptionist is horrible, completely rude and unprofessional. They also we’re asking my 6 year old so what his sexual preference was as if my 6 year old knows anything about sex or has a sexual preference. Completely disturbing. Waited for over an hour In waiting room will the receptionist sat there giving dirty looks and pointing talking about us. Then we go to the back where we were forgotten and completely not helped. I’m changing his Drs everytime I have been here it’s been a nightmare but talking to my 6 year old about sex and the unprofessionalism was the last straw"

"Had an appointment scheduled today due to my daughter having ear pain and very bad coughing. We didn’t see her normal doctor which was fine with me. The doctor confirmed my child has an ear infection and that her right ear is worse than her left ear. I had stated 3 times that my child is allergic to amoxicillin and the doctor said she would call in some antibiotics for her and sent us on our way. When we went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, I was asked if my daughter was allergic to amoxicillin which I said yes. The pharmacist notified me that the medication that was called in was amoxicillin therefore they couldn’t fill it and would need to call the doctor. What was the point of asking what she was allergic to if I wasn’t being listened to?They tried calling but the clinic was already closed so now I have to wait until tomorrow and hope this gets corrected so we can start treating my child’s ear infection. I can’t even view my children’s medical history on the patient portal even though I have requested to get a registration link sent to me multiple times and yet nothing. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with todays visit."
