"Drop and hook load was 14 hours past appointment and upon checking in at the guard shack I offered to drop my empty trailer and was told it wasn't necessary. After 6 hours I decided to get some sleep, I am woken up by Mary on night shift screaming at me over the phone demanding that I drop my empty at 0230 in the morning. No bathrooms available that I saw in the dirt lot they use for staging. Dollar general nearby and a decent Mexican place a short walk away. I will put forth effort to never pick up from here again. I don't need/want someone yelling at me to do something I offered to do a literal half day ago."

"Came In at 07:30 to check in appointment for pick up was at 9:00am gave the guard my pick up # and was told me they call you and they call around 1:20pm go door#3 I could possibly get loaded around 3pm guy said go and wait paperwork now almost 5pm still waiting !!! 1 star just for the dirt lot parking they have before coming in to guard shack…. Places like this are jokes"

"Can Park (overnight), at left before railway track.Go to guard shake by appointment. Then come again to dirt lot parking . They will call for the door. My appointment was 9.00. Called at 11.00 for door.Loaded at 12.00. Paperwork AT 13.00.2nd time my appointment was 07.45 Not even called for door up to 14.00 Now said will be ready after 5 hours. I'm leaving this load."

"Slow country roads getting. Arrived around 1300 hours. Checked in with guard shack. D.L, check inside reefer and tandems back. Dropped my trailer at dock 3, little tight but doable. Had our loaded trailer ready, yard dog handed us the Bill's and gone. Have overnight parking in the dirt lot by the train tracks!"
