"We have received quality care for our family for years and highly recommend."
"Everyone is always very nice and respectful. I called in one morning with an issue and they got me in that very same day. They also have posted that they except walk-ins Dr. Slater has a very good bedside manner. He doesn't rush out the door."
"Changing Pcp for sure. Called their office a 8am and I was told that I could bring in my sick wife. Drove 45mins with my sick wife just to be told that they couldn't see her because they dont do walk-ins. We are actually patients and this is our pcp. The place was completely empty not one person in the waiting room. Im done with this place. No ethics, no empathy. "It was just a "You have to go somewhere else! " Well I'm never going back or wife and children. God forbid We make them get up and do something. If I dont do my job I get fired . Whats your excuse?."
"I was in search of a new PCP after moving to Farmington. This clinic seemed like a great choice since most of my medical history involves WRMC (which has always been great, btw). So I requested an appointment online, anticipating that they would call me and let know what times were available. Instead I got an email full of paperwork that needed filled out BEFORE I could even get an appointment. I filled it all out and emailed it back. Heard nothing. Called and asked if I could get an appointment since I filled out all the new patient paperwork. They said, let me see where your paperwork is. They came back and said, oh yeah we have your paperwork. It’s on the providers desk and will need to be accepted first before we make your appointment (excuse me, WHAT??). And then she goes on to say that will take a couple of weeks at least and if I’m accepted they will call me to schedule an appointment, but that will also be scheduled a couple weeks out. It’s been weeks and I’ve heard nothing else from the clinic. What kind of place is this!?!?"
"Everyone from Dr. Slater to his nurse, Pami, to the ladies up front have been more than helpful and attentive thus far in my two visits at this clinic. Dr. Slater did not rush me, took my concerns seriously, patiently explained how my medicine would work as well as my medical conditions. Both an intelligent and kind doctor. My boyfriend recently has been a patient as well, and he was also impressed and put at ease with Dr. Slater. Thank you all, and keep up the good work!"
