"My husband got an awful haircut from this location today and when I called to ask for a refund they refused. Thankfully I was able to fix it for him. It was a pretty terrible haircut...You can clearly see that they missed a massive chunk of hair (the rest of his hair was a little over an inch). I do not recommend this location."

"Gonna have to agree with all the other reviewers complaining about the older lady with short blonde hair. She’s rude doesn’t listen to what you want. I brought my son in for a haircut not only did she leave him covered in hair, she didn’t cut it how I asked. Thankfully dad fixed it when we got back home. Definitely won’t be going back beware of this lady. I think she needs to find a new profession."

"I experienced the rudest hair stylist ever at this location. The particular stylist may be from Eastern Europe - however I'm not positive. She is a but older, shorter hair and speaks with an accent. I went in the get my hair trimmed and evened out. I asked for a trim of about 1.5 -2 inches. I took my hair down and the stylist looked at my hair and held up a brush. She said "You need to brush through that" I told her I do not use a brush like that in my (curly) hair, but I would use the long toothed comb she had in the other hand. She kept asking me what I wanted. I again stated, I wanted my hair trimmed. She asked if I wanted layers. Again, I said no. Her tone and body language appeared as if my hair was to much for her. I finally told her - if she wasn't feeling up to cutting my hair, I could gladly go elsewhere. As I was going through my hair w the long toothed comb, she was rudely stating that I was not getting through it all. I got done going through my hair and again, she asked me what I wanted. I finally said if she didn't want to cut my hair, I could leave. She said "That's up to you....if I cut your hair or not" I told her - I came in to get a trim, but it appeared my hair was a bit too much for her. I took the cape off and told her she would not be cutting my hair and left the facility. As I walked out, she stated that I had no manners. I have used this location for my son several times and I have seen this particular stylist interact with other customers. Her overall body language, with everyone, is rude. My personal experience with her was beyond rude. She is frumpy, rude and extremely unprofessional. I would highly discourage anyone from visiting this store. Paying for a service, the least I would expect is being treated respectfully."

"Horrible service, my wife went in to get a simple hair wash. And the stylist immediately started judging her because her hair was coarse and dry, and made several rude comments about it. After the hair wash, my wife tried to voice her opinion about how she felt judged and uncomfortable, and the stylist gave her attitude and refused to give the manager’s contact information. My wife left crying with no attempt at an apology."
