"Not a great experience. My five-year-old left with what could only be described as a bowl cut (not what we asked for) and when we came in a short time later to get it fixed, which we made an appointment for, we got bumped and ended up waiting 30 minutes before finally just leaving. I guess you get what you pay for, but we’ll never go to the Highland Park location again."

"This location was fantastic for the first couple years of getting haircuts for my son, to the point we would drive 30 min to this location, but in the last 2 weeks we’ve twice had our appointments canceled after we arrived - first time they had a stylist call in sick but they failed to notify us in advance. 2nd time we arrived for our appointment 45 min after they opened and doors were locked, no one there. We called and got no answer. 10 min after our appointment they sent us a text telling us a stylist overslept. I am sympathetic that things are outside of their control with things happening to the stylist outside of work, but simply notifying customers that there appointments were cancelled in advance of them showing up counts as basic customer service to me. They did offer a free haircut as compensation but this is very disappointing"
