"We've been happy clients of Hannah's for over a decade, so happy that we follow her when her path moves her along to new places. Not only did she put two of my kids into her most recent booked schedule at the end of her already busy day, she was incredibly patient and kind and still as lovely as ever after a full day of clients. My teen daughter struggled to communicate the type of style and cut she wanted to Hannah. Not once, not twice, but three times a charm it took in Hannah's chair to make the necessary changes (at Hannah's own encouragement) until they both felt good. She wanted my daughter to leave happy and even when my daughter couldn't find the words, Hannah kept encouraging communication so they understood each other, assuring my daughter that she was ok when she saw the tears start to well and that the situation was ok. That she wasn't annoyed and that it was her job. Her empathy was wonderful. My son had a quick cut in between my daughter's chair sessions. Hannah wanted my daughter to think about her cut, play with it and she would check in with her after my son was done. Back in the chair my daughter went. Hannah was not only poised, professional and kind, but incredibly patient all the while sharing some random hilarious stories with my kids, making us all feel at ease and comfortable. She left feeling great about her new hairstyle and Hannah assured me that it truly was ok. and I believed her. Hannah is wonderful on so many levels."
