Nexx was open to various configurations and was open about options and did not immediately push for an expensive service upgrade out of the gate as others have before. "I had a NEMA 14-50 240v outlet installed through the Chevy dealership in our garage and had a bunch of issues with nuisance tripping with our Chevy Bolt level 2 charger. This is due to the charger already having a GFI circuit, but electrical code requires a GFI breaker for these outlets in a garage. This was requested per the Chevy dealership and kind of unfortunate because it causes tons of issues preventing our car from charging a few nights per week. I went out and purchased a dedicated hardwired charger (Ultium PowerUP 11.5kW) which doesn't require a GFI breaker. Nexx Energy came back out and redid the entire install with this new hardwired charger for no extra charge. Everything is working perfectly now. I am incredibly happy with the work they did not to mention the extra mile they went to right Chevy's wrong. Definitely recommend these guys."
