"Rented a trailer from this place in July to move my family and all our personal belongings. Picked up the trailer in late afternoon and loaded it at night. Heavy downpour overnight, over $1000 of damage to mattresses and other items that needed to be replaced. I reported the issue immediately. Owner claimed to not know anything about the damaged trailer, yet somebody attempted to repair it as seen in the photo on the top left. He kept saying I should hear from his insurance, which never happened. Not much water on the floor because it was all absorbed by the mattresses. Due to the lack of resolution after several months I filed a complaint with the MN BBB, which they ignored that as well. ******Updated from this point with my response - absolutely 100% not true. You are managing public perception and flat out lying. I did NOT inspect the inside, shouldn’t need to. And if you recall, I had to contact you 30 minutes after picking it up because the trailer had a padlock on it and I couldn’t even get in. I was told to cut the lock off. I absolutely did not damage it and attempt a hack job repair."
