"I absolutely hate to throw a bad review out here. As a small business owner I’m so thankful for people opening shops I the North Loop. However, I had such a terrible outcome. I went in yesterday and From the beginning the tape was encroaching in my eye, I asked for it to be adjusted twice, and finally asked for it to be retaped, after which is was more comfortable. Okay no big deal it happens. I’m not sure what the issue with my lashes is- they feel heavier than normal like there is more glue on them and because of this my eyes have not stopped watering and are really irritated. I’ve only had lashes done twice before, however I have never had any side effects previously. Genuinley I don’t know what the issue is, perhaps my eyes have gotten more sensitive, perhaps the technician could use some additional training. She was quite lovely and meticulous, so it was not for a lack of effort."

"Wow, What a beautiful place to get your lashes done! I was in search of a new lux studio for my lash maintenance and this was it. I was greeted with respect and a friendly checkin and had the best experience with Carmen doing my lash extensions. She is incredibly sweet and made me comfortable, but most importantly I left with my lashes looking the best they ever had due to her skill. Highly recommend! Good prices, better service & results. This will be my regular spot now, with Carmen! Thanks."
