"I wish I can give 0 star…. This morning, I took my mom to get a haircut with my three-year-old son. When we entered the salon, nobody was waiting, but a lady impatiently asked if I had done online check-in. I said yes and provided my mom's name. I don't know why, but she started rolling her eyes at us, making me uncomfortable. My son has ADHD, so I decided to take him to a nearby coffee shop while my mom got her haircut to avoid him getting restless in the salon. I told the lady that my mom doesn't speak English, and I'd pay first. I showed her a picture of my mom's previous hairstyle. She took my mom in for the haircut. In less than ten minutes, my mom came out, and I was shocked. I felt like the stylist intentionally gave her an ugly and strange haircut. I went in and said it's a bit long in the back; can you trim it? She started rolling her eyes again, impatiently used the clippers a few times, very rudely, like she was grooming a dog. Tears were welling up in my eyes. I know my English isn't great, and my mom doesn't speak English. It's really heartbreaking. My mom cried all afternoon, and she keeps wearing a hat, not wanting to go outside. Please avoid : Great clips at Blaine"
