Dougs Concealed Handgun School

Doug's Concealed Handgun School, located at Hgwy 7 S in Bismarck, Arkansas, is a store offering Standard CHCL, Enhanced CHCL, and Renewal Classes every month. The classes include live scan fingerprinting, a firing range with distances up to 21 feet, and a comprehensive 42-page booklet covering Arkansas CHCL laws, safe handling of firearms, ballistics, criminal and weapons laws, and handgun fundamentals. Drinks, snacks, and lunch are provided during the classes.

The Enhanced CHCL class allows licensees to carry concealed handguns in more locations and includes a 52-page booklet covering the law and prohibited carry places. The firing range distances for this class are 3 yds., 7 yds., and 15 yds. with a minimum of 50 rounds. The fee for the Enhanced CHCL class includes all necessary materials and does not require renewal.

Instructor William Douglas Green, a veteran and active law enforcement officer, has been teaching Arkansas State Police approved concealed carry licensing curriculum since 1997. His classes are informative and comfortable, accommodating small or large groups. His wife, Kathy, assists with paperwork and provides lunch options for students. The school also offers live scan fingerprinting services through Central Arkansas Live Scan.

Gift certificates are available for all classes with no expiration date, allowing recipients to choose a date that works best for them. Pre-registration is required for Standard and Enhanced classes.
