"Vehicle not very clean. Just simply removing stuff from a car does not equal clean. A car wash and wipe-down doesn't take long. In addition, I reserved an Explorer or Grand Cherokee. What I got when I arrived was a very small compact crossover with a tiny 4 cylinder, which was much smaller than the vehicle reserved. I could have asked for a mid-size car (Camry, etc.) and it would have been larger than this little thing. Of course I was charged the price for an Explorer or Grand Cherokee. When they brought me to my car, I asked, "Where is the Explorer?" The response was, "We don't have Explorers in our fleet." Really? Come on! Does everything in life have to be bait-and-switch? I am soooo sick of that! They were pretty easy to use due to being connected to the body shop, but that doesn't excuse a dirty car and the wrong or down-graded car."
