"During a routine oil change on my A8L, I mentioned a nasty rattle at cruising RPMs that made my love for the car lessen every time I drove it. Troy, the shop manager, made a deal that he would charge me the hourly rate, but if they went over his estimated time, he would honor a "do not exceed" and still get it done. I was initially skeptical about this, but then I found out they had multiple people on the job and used a stethoscope to find the culprit. We had initially thought it was in the dash somewhere, but they found the issue in the upper transmission tunnel. Not only did they fix the problem and honor their commitment to the financial portion, but their communication was spot on. Lastly, they were very flexible with my schedule each time I've been there. I will recommend Troy and his team to all my European car enthusiasts."

"I believe the Mechanic(s) are very talented. But, it is the paperwork, quote, up front person that may not have it all together. After receiving our quote and dropping off the car to have the work done, not five minutes into the drive home, I get a call that the mechanic says we need to replace a part that typically is replaced at the same time. It doubled the cost. Then after getting over that hurdle, I called the next day at 11:30am, just to verify I could come, as I was supposed to pick up my car anytime after 8:00. I was told it wasn’t done. I think the work done was very good. But the communication from the upfront process could use more work."

"One of my favorite new found Euro shops. They were the most friendly people i’ve ever dealt with. They sadly found some other issues I wasn't aware of but didn’t push me once to do it right away and advised me what to do for the future. Is such a beautifully designed area too!!"

"I have a brand new Tesla with several issues that Tesla won't help me with. Eurotech is one of the only independent shops in the area that will handle Tesla's. I stopped in to talk about it with them, and I was able to meet a tech and discuss my issues. Everyone was very friendly and I set up an appointment for next week to do a further investigation of the issues in my car. So far I am very happy and I will gladly update this review once I know more! **Update 12/6/23** Watch my video more detail, but I'll give a brief text rundown as well. Last week when I discussed things I thought it was clear that I wanted to have a scan done on the car and a general look over which is usually called a pre-purchase inspection. I was never notified that there were multiple levels of free purchase inspection at that time. I was told that it would be $175 to do a PPI. It's certainly possible that there was a miscommunication on my part but at no time was I told $299 was a possible price. This morning I was told that in order to do a scan of the car as well it was going to be a level two pre-purchase inspection which would then cost the $299. I live an hour away round trip, had I known it was going to cost $299 to look into this I would have had to think about it and likely passed. At this time I don't have any faith in the shops transparency with customers from the start. This is very common in the automotive repair industry, and unfortunately I'm going to have to lower my review to one star. Well everything is neat and clean at this new facility I truly believe that the way a company interacts with a customer is what's most important. I have my own mechanics for my company but we don't have a Tesla scan tool, So I'm not sure why they think I would have wanted to look the car over with them without a scan. Whether it was lack of understanding or lack of communication, I'm extremely disappointed in eurotech at this time"
