"Unfortunately, my brother's 1984 Dodge W250 blew a coolant hose on the road today. As I was inspecting the damage, a lady pulled up and gave my Kevin's phone number stating that he was "the best mechanic in town". I gave him a call and he answered promptly—on Sunday! Within 10 minutes he was on-site and hooking up to our truck. He towed us to his shop and had us back on the road in no time. I won't mention how low the bill was because you wouldn't believe me. He even gave me a few tips on carborated engines since I am not very experienced working on them. To reiterate, he responded to our call, towed our truck, fixed our truck and had us back on the road in less time than most tow trucks would take to even show up. Can't complain about that!"
