The staff is courteous, and patient with me.i appreciate them offering a different option that might work better than the one I had. They do get backed up occasionally in orders, but try real hard to stay on track consistently .They send me a pre view for me to confirm if I like it before they do the work.I have used them for many years and highly recommend them.
