"Front desk is definitely very unprofessional. I should have learned from my first daughter going there but my second child that went there was because of Covid and she was so insecure with her smile that I ended up going through them. All the front desk does is gossip about their own family members and their kids. I’ve stopped going in because I rather listen to gossip on the radio than listen to the ladies at the desk."

"Our primary dentist referred us to Dr. DeVoe to address crowding issues with my sons teeth. During our initial consultation, Dr. DeVoe was extremely thorough with his exam. While he did comment that my son could eventually benefit from braces, his primary concern was with my son's airway and breathing. He asked several questions about his sleep as well as his behavior. We were then referred to a local ENT who further diagnosed his breathing obstruction. My son was able to have surgery to correct his airway issue and is now functioning like a different kid! He's sleeping better, behaving better at school and home, and also does MUCH better at the dentist (now that he can actually breathe!) As a fellow dental professional, I feel silly and embarrassed that I had never noticed this issue in my own child- but above all I am so THANKFUL to Dr. DeVoe and his staff for paying attention to all the details!"

"I wanted to go to an orthodontist closer to home, but my dentist convinced me that I needed Dr. Devoe's expertise. I'm glad she did. It was a long journey, as I had jaw surgery in addition to orthodontics. Dr. Devoe clearly cares about his patients as people. He's attentive to each person individually, even when the clinic is busy. He communicates complicated plans clearly and let's me ask all my questions. The assistants and other staff are great as well. A few times, I called with questions and they patiently addressed my concerns and encouraged me to call or make an appointment if needed. I hope this isn't relevant in the future, but I want to mention that I really appreciated how this office handled the pandemic, the shutdown, and changing protocols. They were very organized and communicated clearly."
