They said no repairs were needed. There was no charge. All my prior experiences at M & M Express have been friendly and honest. The pricing is fair. I strongly recommend this auto repair shop. "I will not return to m@m in Maple lake, they do not do what they say, for tire repair, she said 30 min. After an hour I waited, the tire was not touched, she was sorry, that did not help my travel and the spare donut I had to drive on. Also I had asked for a quote on 4 new tites, no response, she was too busy telling stories to a customer."

"Went in for an oil change on a Monday and asked if they could replace a leaky oil line. They said they were too busy then to do it that day which I completely understand. Asked if I could come in on Wednesday and they said that day was pretty busy too but Thursday would work. The receptionist appeared to write something down in a book and I said I would be in Thursday morning. I showed up at 930 and told her I had an appointment to get my oil line fixed she said I would have to talk to the mechanic to see if he could get it in. I went and talked to him and he said he doubted that it could get done and the best thing to do was to get it in line and they'd get to it when they could. What's the point of making an appointment if it's a first come first serve operation. Really disappointed in them as it's a local shop and I'd like to keep the money local. They do great work but this isn't any way to run a business. Do be afraid to bring your vehicle there they do great work but no real structure when it comes to scheduling work."
