"Got 4 new tires on our car. They were quick and reasonably priced."
"Great people. Dependable and trustworthy service. This family owned and operated business is one of a kind!"
"Took my van in because it wouldn't start on Friday May 22nd, due to the holiday they didn't get to it until Wednesday the 27th. Got my van back on the 28th they replaced the fuel pump $551 later. On May 29th it left me stranded again, exact same issues as when I took it in, it cranks but won't start. Now I gotta wait till Monday for them to open so they can come tow it from Redwood Falls to Sleepy Eye. I guess I'll see how well their customer service and warranty stand. I'll keep you posted. Update: van got towed and fixed under warranty. Great job done. Thanks Tom."
"I took my truck into them today to get a switch for heat fan controller replaced. I sat at there shop waiting. when they came back out to me, not only was it not done, they wanted me to leave it with them for a couple of days to check for breaks in wiring. As I was driving home I noticed the light on my 2 wheel /4 wheel drive switch was not on. So I tested it didn't work. So I called them and asked did they put my truck completely back to get her. Tom's answer was yes. I told him that I noticed the light on the switch for the 2/4 wheel drive wasn't on and I tested it now it didn't work. He response was it didn't fare to well when taking the dash apart. I said , so you broke this switch. Your admitting breaking the switch. Tom said no I'm not admitting breaking it it's a mess in there he exclaimed. So in a nut shell they didn't do the requested Repair & broke the 2/4 wheel drive switch at very least. And he charged me $20 to not do the work & break my switch. Fyi, I just used my 4 wheel drive the day before. You decide if you want to risk your car repairs with this shop. I guess some men just think it's ok to take advantage of a woman."
