"I couldn’t even give this place a 1 star. They screwed up our reservation and the services were subpar at best. Everything is an up charge. The receptionist signed me up for a membership that costs $86 a month that I did not realize (this was over the phone, I did not sign anything) and when I saw the fee the next month, I quickly called and cancelled the “membership”. I was still charged another $86 the following month after that, even though I signed to have my account cancelled. I have called 3 times now, stating I am not a member, I live hours away and they (Tatiana) reassured me it wouldn’t happen again, I would get refunded for both months, she apologized that the receptionist that signed me up for this “membership” does not work there anymore (Sadie). And I have yet to see any refund. Do not at all costs go to this place. Not to mention Tatiana is so unprofessional. Sat on her phone looking at videos the entire time we were waiting and tried to engage with us about these videos, so cringy. This place is a waste of money. Such a scam!!!"

"Really great environment! Providers, both, esthi and massage, know exactly how to give custom experience and aiding you though the service. Very beginner friendly. Overly pleased with my membership, worth the money, and in love with the simplicity of booking with my points and credits."

"My boyfriend got us a couples massage gift card for $175. We got the service then at the desk they told us the gift card only covered HALF the service. Who buys a gift card for half of a service first of all…also who pays $375 for a one hour massage when the basic massage is $99/hour. The massage therapist was great but highly caution you from using this spa because of dishonest pricing. Deeply unsatisfied. Not to mention when we attempted to book the service (should have been our first red flag) there wasn’t someone available at the desk or by phone and it took 2 visits to book. Clearly the organization is poor and the desk staff don’t know the prices of the services. If they did we would have never booked there. Maybe that was the point..? Also tried to speak to a manager twice and was told they were unavailable. So messed up."

And my massage therapist is amazing - attentive to my needs, just the perfect amount of pressure and always kind and respectful. A great place to practice self-care and relaxation."

"This is Crysti and I have been going to this location for a few years. I am a regular with Richard and am so grateful I found him. I had spine surgery so the road back to being pain-free has been a long one. Richard has a thorough understanding of my situation and asks all the right questions to give me the right pressure to loosen the tight muscles in my neck. I highly recommend him as a massage therapist for whatever you need. He is easy to talk to and makes me feel very comfortable. Everyone at the location from the time you check in to the time you leave will make you feel important and cared for."
