"I miss Dr. Nelson. He was cool, his staff was cool.. but when they merged with Kirsten Nelson, everything went to hell. I just got a bill for $50 for apparently missing an appointment. Screw this place, I'll find somewhere else if they are going to not send me reminders and bill me for missing appointments."

"My Husband and I just had our first visit and both hygienist and Dr. Ford were amazing. I have extreme dental anxiety and have not been to the dentist in over 5 years. When I called to make the appointment I gave my insurance information and asked if they were in network. The receptionist said most likely. I filled out my paper work online before my appointment and gave my insurance information again. To our surprise, we were informed after our cleaning that they were NOT in network and we would need to pay our 50% portion on the spot. An expense we were not prepared to pay. Partially our fault as we should have checked our coverage, but the entire visit was tainted and now we need to find a new dentist in network, wait 6 months to have another cleaning and our dental work completed. Such a bummer."

"The kind and wonderful staff here alone makes this place worth it. I was having difficulties with another dental office in Rosemount and decided to finally break up with my longtime providers (Not Summit) and try something new (Summit). When I saw the new location being built for Summit I was like what the heck is that gorgeous building going to be!? To find out it was for Summit I knew I wanted to check it out. Yes, their gorgeous building drew me in first. Can you blame me? Look at it! Then, I visited for the first time and was met with so much kindness. I stayed longer just to talk about dogs with the front desk even. haha. Being a wedding and pet photographer I don't usually have a lot to talk about with other service providers unless they're also in my same industry - nope - not at Summit, I was made to feel so comfortable and valued and when I've come back they remember me and ask how things have been - - - I had to cancel a couple times for illness (something that happens to me a lot during seasonal changes) and I felt awful about it, but they weren't judgmental or mean about it. I understood there was a cancellation fee for it being so short notice (again, fellow businessperson, so it makes sense) - but again, they never made me feel bad about it and when I've called to place future appointments I am met with only that signature kindness. In a city FULL of very cold, cut/dry dentist offices (actually, Rosemount/Farmington/Apple Valley all have SO MANY) - at 31, I finally don't dread going to the dentist. Better late than never, but the only reason I am able to say I enjoy it now - is because of Summit + the services they provide, but more specifically - their staff. I truly appreciate their presence in our community... and all of us being able to talk about our love of pets haha."

I am able to get appointments quickly that work with my schedule, and I receive excellent care for a reasonable price. I tease my hygienist that I'll have to come up with an excuse to come in again soon because I love seeing her and updating her about my wedding planning. :)"
