"We have been going to this location for years but our last routine exam was not fully covered by insurance as Park Dental's charges exceeded my benefit level by almost $50. I have excellent dental insurance. If Park Dental charges too much for a routine exam I will be going elsewhere."

"I want to express my deepest appreciation to Park Dental and especially Owen J Thoele. Owen has been my dentist since Walter Teske retired. I was with Dr Teske for over 30 years and can't say enough about what a great dentist he was. Owen stepped in and has taken excellent care of my dental needs the past 8 years. I was seen by Dr Thoele in September of this year 2023 for a couple routine fillings. Owen noticed a lesion on the roof of my mouth and referred me to an Oral Surgeon. Because Owen noticed this lesion (determined to be Polymouphus Adenocarcinoma -AKA Salivary Gland Cancer) before it spread beyond my mouth I am at home today after having oral surgery yesterday to remove it. All of the medical professionals I've been treated by in the past 8 weeks have told me my dentist is a life saving hero. My deepest appreciation goes out to Owen J Thoele. My message to everyone is - if you're not lucky enough to have Owen J Thoele as your dentist make sure you see your dentist regularly. It may literally save your life too."

"I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, too much has happened. Some of the front desk staff lack empathy, are incompetent, and defensive. Notes are not properly taken leading to confusion about what will actually be charged. I recommend you record your conversation with the receptionists for this reason. I thought I could trust the dentist but he was misleading as well about being charged for an office visit when I was told they would only examine areas of pain where I had work done there two months prior. Apparently in small print on their small screen they gave me to sign about the payment for my X-ray, it indicated that they can decide if seeing me would count as an office visit. They were misleading and truly don't care about their customers. Additionally, I was sent a bill twice as large as my quote for a past procedure once which led to a panic attack and I was told they submitted it incorrectly. I also felt scolded when I didn’t remember how many shots of novocaine I needed to be fully numb. Why can’t that information be in my notes in my chart?? I hope I have a better experience somewhere else in the future. I will not be going back. A shame."

"While at my semi annual hygienist, Lisa & dental appointment with Dr. Ann Thiele Burt, they highly recommended I seek attention for a gum infection at Mayo where I had my implants a few years ago. I was able to get in the following day and will be having surgery within the month to attend to the issue. I appreciate their advice and was told at Mayo it was a good thing I came in early."
