"Amelia charged me 200 for faux locs my appointment was for 10:00am but she told me to come back at noon I then waited until 3:30 or so for her to start my hair. My hair starts unraveling within the first week so I ask her to fix it & she says sure no problem, but when I come in she completely ignores me and texts on her phone. Once she finally acknowledges me she says what is she doing, as if we didn’t have an appointment and tells me she would have to charge me again for making her do so much work. She declined to fix her mistake and argued with me instead."
