"I was over 200 miles from home when the battery in my key fob started to die and I was stressing out, worried it would die halfway home. I stopped at an O'Reilly Auto and the two employees refused to even look at it for fear they would break it and have to pay to have it replaced. Thankfully, there was an Auto Zone just down the street, and I knew they would help me there. The lady who assisted me was an expert and had a new battery installed very quickly and I was on my way home with no worries. Thank you, Auto Zone, for going the extra mile!"

"Just a fyi the new manager working tonight needs a new place to work this is not a job for her not nice … very rude snob … says she can’t order parts unless u drive a hr there to wait till overnight and drive another hr there… I spend a lot of money on car parts to be spoken to like this and treated this way!!! I guess Amazon here we come!!! Cheaper n 3 day delivery no rude lady’s!!!"

"This AutoZone is a life saver. The people that work in there are so nice and sweet. My family and I where towed to their parking lot so my husband could replace the alternator in our van. We are from Pennsylvania and trying to get home when our alternator died on the side of the highway. A tow truck was called by AK police to come save us. They towed us to this AutoZone. Here we are a middle age man and woman with 6 kids from another state stranded. These amazing workers in AutoZone help us get all the parts and tool to get our van up and running. They left my girls charge their cellphones and stay inside out of the rain. The next morning I got a call from the manager asking if we made it home. I told her we just reach the Virginia state line so we where almost home. Thank you AutoZone you have a amazing team keep up the good work and keep the smile on your face and keep that warm welcome feeling going. When we walked into your store on Saturday 7-8-2023 we did not know each other but from start to finish I felt like we know each other for ever. Good job Thanks Lisa Cartner"
