"Highly disappointed with the over all experience with pizza hut. There were only two workers in the store. I don't fully blame them because it seemed to be busy. I ordered my pizza at 5:13pm at 6:15 I drove to the store to pick up the pizza because I got a message stating it would be delivered at 6:45 it would have been cold by then. After the web site said 25 to 35 mins for delivery. When I got there my pizza had just walked out the door to be door dashed to my address. He did deliver in a timely manner. The pizza it's self was horrible. I ordered a veggie pizza that was missing toppings and a good portion of it was to hard for me to chew. The both pizza had a odd taste to them like cleaner or something. It left my mouth sore and both of our mouths were tingling and we were sick all night after two pieces. I don't think your company should be trying to run a pizza hut with only two people. Your working them to death and running customers off. If need be close it till new employees are hired. More people would understand that instead of getting pizza from over worked employees. Or better yet why don't some of the corporate people come on down and try to run the store with two people. See how long they would last."

"Ordered a pizza around 8 something from work. Waited an hour, tried to call. Can't seem to call the local store anymore! Goes to a call center now. Every single time I told them we already ordered and were inquiring about an existing order, I was transferred. Six different times, six different agents, back to back to back. Gave up. Came back to it after another hour, knowing they close at 11, same ordeal. FINALLY got to an agent who said the order was still pending and that I should not expect it tonight, because they close soon. Our order from 2+ hours prior. Didn't even offer to help, or give anything for the trouble we went through. Luckily, we didn't pay in advance, as we had cash. So we took the money and ordered Dominos and they got here 15 mins later. Not even gonna try here anymore. God only knows what was happening locally, and I'm not angry even, but a little effort goes a long way. Can't make our order? Call and let us know so we're not waiting for two or more hours. No big deal. Made a mistake? No problem, fix it or let us know what's going on! Water under the bridge. But just not doing anything at all? Not calling, not making the pizza, not delivering it, not offering to assist us (which I realize is not the local Pizza Hut's fault, but it's still PH), and not even offering something like a discount on a future order? Incredibly frustrating. Really sad to see Pizza Hut just give the eff up on even TRYING to look or behave like a reputable establishment."

"I understand that staffing issues may cause delivery times to take longer. I do not understand calling the store and being routed to a call center that hung up on me 6 times while trying to check the status of the delivery. I do not understand having to physically drive to the store to check on the delivery status. I do not understand delivering the order to the wrong address. I do not understand arguing with the customer about the delivery address that is plainly printed on the order because you did not check the address before dropping off the order."
