"We were traveling through Minn and hit a deer on I-90 75 miles east of Sioux Falls in the middle of the night totaling our 2017 Subaru. Our AAA membership was worthless since there are no affiliated tow companies within 2 hours of where we were. Farmer's insurance was able to get a hold of Heath at Pulver towing. Heath called me immediately and gave me a 30 min ETA. He called 15 minutes later to say he was on his way and would be there shortly. He arrived 7 minutes earlier than estimated. He was polite and courteous. He not only took our car to Subaru in Sioux Falls but drove us to several hotels in an attempt to locate a room. An oil train derailment in Sioux Falls caused every hotel room in town to be sold out. We spend 2 hours with Heath and he was friendly and courteous to a fault and was never put out by our situation. He made a terrible night bearable by be a decent guy and working hard. If you need a tow for any reason - let these guys be your only phone call!!!!"
