One thing that bothered me was that there was a guy who had got his haircut and was waiting for his ride to show up and his ride showed up and he was in a wheelchair and no one bothered to help hold the door open for him. If I wasn't getting my haircut at the same Moment, I would have gotten up and hold the door for him. That's a part of customer service."
