"I was having a very bad experience with this clinic, but finally switch my daughter’s provider to Dr. Pennington who is an absolute gem. Very rare find. So thankful for our interaction with him. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you so much!!!"
"Nothing but good to say about this entire office! We're always able to get our kids in quickly, and they've received great care from a caring and professional team. Thankful for them!"
"One of the best pediatricians in Arkansas!! They are all friendly and do a good job. They've taken care of my babes for 13 years now and have always been amazing to us. Love them!!"
"They don’t care about anything but depression. I took my daughter in for an injury and they spent 30 seconds on the injury and 15 minutes screening her for depression. We will never be back, and that’s a shame because this was my doctor when I was young and it was fine for the first 13 years of my kids lives."
"We’ve been going there since my child was born. All we asked was for the WCC (well child check up) to be updated because, AS EVERYONE KNOW, kids change over the years, but also because they seemed to be VERY petty with the notes.. They mentioned that her dad and “the sister” was bipolar, which has never been discussed nor diagnosed by a dr and it was worded as if my own sister was bipolar. (We usually request Alex, because she seemed to actually care. But we had one of the other ones, who we typically have a rough experience with..) It was just weird that they wouldn’t honor our wishes. They literally argued with us about OUR information, basically told us that they didn’t want to change it. It was a check up, based on asking for OUR INFORMATION on our child! Anyway, Dr. Kyle or maybe it was their admin, Morgan, ended up telling us, very rudely, that if we wanted the notes changed, we can request it at her next WCC with her new PCP, and removed us as a patient. Which was fine, we were DEFINITELY seeking other options as that phone call was happening. But, our baby has Arkids and they only allow one once a year.. Her records will note that she has the gene for bipolar/depression; amongst other things, that are either untrue or no longer an issue for our child, For her entire first real school year. But I guess it’s “No big deal” to them and “Theirs”. And that statement is VERY obvious if you’re a p.o.c under their care.. 0/10 DO NOT recommend."
