"Bad business. Both of my children had permanent retainers break after paying in cash their full set of braces. One child had the wire push his teeth forward and Dr. Bowlby would not take any responsibility for the wire nor the work. Their solution was us buying invisalign to correct the teeth. The other child was over charged for a new retainer and we had to go through insurance and appeal it to get our money back. Kelly in insurance doesn't know her job too well. She doesn't understand insurance has contracts with the office and is only allowed to charge the amount the two places negotiate in their contract. She says "we took a survey of what other offices chaege and set our price that way.""

"This orthodontics is AMAZING and the staff there are seriously the SWEETEST people ever and they care so much about you!!! I started going there when I was in middle school and just went back years later and they remembered exactly who I was and so friendly!!
