"I have worked with them multiple times in the past yrs and have gotten my wallet emptied every time. I’ve had a dead battery before and they came out and jump started it in 10 seconds and charged me $365 when I only live 15 miles from them. That time they charged me for a tow there and back for 125 dollars there and back. Never go to them for any service. I have way more stuff to say about them but it can’t fit on this website"

"Terrible company! My company car broke down two weeks ago, Palma towed it to their shop we told them we thought the problem was the Alternator. They just replaced the battery. Didn't actually check the alternator. Picked up the car, was on the interstate driving back to Luverne when the car stopped running. Sat on the side of the road for an hour waiting for another tow truck. When the car got back to their shop, they said that it was indeed the alternator. They charged me for the second tow even though it was their fault. Then when they finally had it fixed the whole state on MN was shut down for a blizzard, and then it was Christmas. We finally were able to get the car picked up yesterday (Monday 12/26) They tried to charge us a storage fee since they kept the car for us during a blizzard when the interstate was closed, and no one could drive anywhere anyway. Horrible business practice. Will never use them again and I suggest you don't either unless you want to pay for things that don't really need fixing and extra fees that they want to add on just because."

"Bought a car there this spring for my son who just got his driver's license. When we bought it, the back up camera didn't work from the start. They gave us some off for that. Once it warmed up, we realized the air conditioner didn't work. We put $500 into the car right away to fix those 2 thing. Now my son got his license and it's over heated, the starter is bad, it's MISSING the high fan cooling fan relay, and needs break pads and rotors! We asked a lot of questions and if things had been looked over. We thought maybe the throttle body was bad and it turns out the one on the car wasn't the original but one for a Dodge 1500! I've now spent almost $2,000 fixing a car that we've only driven maybe 300 miles since owning. Also, we bought the vehicle and then the next week someone from there called wondering if we were still interested and would like to set up an appointment for a test drive!"
