Perfect Polish Nails

"Depends on who you get, but for the most part, rude and disrespectful staff. I will never go back. Also, they make fun of my 95 year old mother when she comes in . Bad place."

"Took myself and my two grand daughters in for a regular mani/pedi. Got the two settled in and then myself. Very disappointing, my grand daughters are 9 and 5. The 9 yo got the full treatment and everything was good. The 5 year old they said she only needed to be polished, they did soak her feet but that was it, painted her nails, asked if she’d like a design on thumbs and big toes. I said fine. Moved my grand daughter over to the area where you dry your nails so she could watch a movie while drying. They decided to do my finger nails at that same area. I didn’t receive the whole treatment, didn’t remove my old clear polish, didn’t push back cuticles, barely clipped anything on cuticle, painted them and that was it. No arm and hand massage. After I paid and got home realized they charged me $55 for a full mani/pedi for me, didn’t even receive a full treatment, they also charged me for a full mani/pedi for the 5 yo $43 and all she had was polish and a full child $43 for the 9 yo, which was fine. Two of us didn’t even get what we paid for. Very disappointed. I’ve gone there once before on my own and didn’t really like it because they rushed through it all and I was in and out in 1/2 hour for both mani/pedi. Will not be returning."

"What you get seems to vary wildly depending on WHO you get. My first few visits were great. Lived up to the name! Last trip was clearly a new woman (she didn’t know where anything was at and the other employees were helping her.) Nails were as good as previous trips, but not bad. I just walked out after another trip and I’m not sure what to say… I pointed out several issues during the process and she didn’t seem to understand. Nails are misshaped and the sides aren’t thoroughly painted. Hard to capture with the sparkle in the polish, but these are almost the worst shaped nails I have ever seen and they have rough spots on the edges of several… I’ll see if I can tolerate them for a couple of weeks, but next trip will be somewhere else!!!"

"Perfect polish is my go to place yo get a manicure & pedicure. My first time trying dip was done by Helen (blue sparkle/square round). She rounded the edges so when they grow out they don’t get caught by your hair. First time with extensions was done by Lee (white & light blue ombre). Five of us got our nail done here before the wedding and we all loved our nails. Last week Helen did an excellent job saving my nails. Less than 24 hrs, I got my nails done with my friend at her nail salon. It was a disaster, I went to work the next day and though I could live with it for a week before redoing them & couldn’t stand it! So I made an app. with Helen. The nails I have done 22 hrs ago where acrylic w/ extensions. Helen had to go back to the original nail (acrylic w/ extension, black gel polish, matte top coat). What a stress reliever to have them done right! That day I learned I will never go anywhere else! Even if a friend invites me to go with, we either go to perfect polish or I can meet you afterwards."
