"My breakfast burrito was cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. Egg is really gross and cold. I couldn’t finish my food. They weren’t busy so I don’t understand why my food was cold. I went and tried it again still cold"

"Ordered on App. Food came out 7 minutes after my on time arrival. Wacky pack was missing the applesauce. I punched the call button. Car to the left and right of me were both responded to .....it's been 5 minutes or more , so I got out and went to the door. No one apologized for not answering the call. Food was not hot when it arrived and now even colder. Milk shake was melted completely. It was very cold outside. Disgusted and now rate this the second worst Sonic in town.Doubt I'll go back."

"I usually don't go to Richmond road sonic but tonight I did. The woman who took my order kept interrupting and got my order wrong. Why can't fast food let the customer order instead of employees guessing? I didn't complain, it's just not worth it anymore. The car hop that brought me my order was very polite and had great customer service. When I asked for a spoon he didn't hesitate to get me one. I didn't get his name but I took a picture of him. He was awesome! The chocolate waffle come was wonderful, the best ice cream I've had all summer. Remember tip the car hops!"

"The food is good and the staff are friendly...BUT, if you use the mobile app, they will get your order WRONG. I ordered the SuperSONIC breakfast burrito, remove the sausage, and ADD bacon. They removed the sausage all right but did NOT add the bacon. And they've done that TWICE! They clearly do not pay attention to the app."

"Bad customer service we told her 4 times we wanted fries then on the 5th attempt to ask if she got fries she said no you didn’t ask for fries. The car hopper didn’t even know what our food was and named everything wrong and confused all of us. Our chicken tenders where over cooked had a nasty burnt taste my daughters slush had barely any strawberry in it never coming to this sonic again. My boyfriends burger was good but that’s about it."
