"I have a busy daily schedule. Had reserved haircut online via the Sportclips App. Arrived early. Was up next for haircut on the digital schedule and some guy walks in door (without any pre-check in) and asks “Can you get me in quick?” So my stylist says, “I am going to get Craig in quick before you.” I walked out. Will never go back to that location again. Complete disrespect."

"Lost a customer today. Website indicates the location is open at 8 am on Saturday, door indicates location is open at 8 am on Saturday. Arrive at 8 am on Saturday and doors are locked. Employee shows up around 8:15 am. I enter and am informed that the location doesn't open until 9 am. I ask if I can wait inside and am told that I can't. It's -6 this morning and I've already wasted 30 minutes. Needless to say, I didn't wait. Went to Great Clips a mile away."

"Waited a hour past my time. Took off work waited and continued to wait. My time comes and literally all the stylist took a break or did something. Finally just left. Utter waste of time. Do not use this location if your time is valuable to you."

"I am not one to really ever request a stylist have always just taken first available. Then I had Alyssa for a haircut with the MVP and when I say she gave the best scalp massage I mean THE BEST scalp massage. When it was time for my next haircut I had to request Alyssa and this time I went for the Double MVP and guess what… it wasn’t enough so in a few months when I got back it will be a triple MVP. I may be in the minority but a great scalp massage is very relaxing to me and I hope Alyssa is always there when I come in!"
