"Wonderful dentist , I have gotten fairly extensive work done here and by far the most painless and pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. The staff is friendly and wonderful to talk to and treatment is quick and I have to say probably some of the best work I've ever had done on my teeth."

"This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I got a few fillings, and the dentist was complaining that they booked too many people that day and rushed me out. I asked him if he was going to buff out the fillings like every other dentist I've had, and he said they would smooth over eventually as I brush. I did not think that was right, but I gave it some time, and the fillings still poke out and break my floss. In addition, the filling in my molar feels lower than it was, and has been sensitive. It hurts and gives me headaches sometimes. I don't think it was cured right because the dentist was flirting with the dental assistant, and she seemed annoyed and rushed out of there. I was waiting months to get into a new clinic because it's hard to find a place that will take a new patient right now, and got taken off state insurance while waiting for that appointment. A new insurance plan would only cover 25%, so it wasn't worth it for me. I went to the appointment, and they said that it would cost a lot for new X-rays, and that if a dental clinic messes up, I should go back there, and they have to fix it. So I finally called Diamond Dental, even though I really didn't want to, and the person I talked to tried to gaslight me and say they're not responsible because it has been too many months since my appointment, even though I was trying to figure out what was going on with insurance, and give it time to "smooth over as I brush" like the dentist initially said. The person on the phone asked me how I'm going to pay if I don't have insurance, and I asked if they could at least buff the fillings that they did because they didn't finish the job. He told me to come in at 8am on Monday and sit in the waiting room to talk to the dentist about whether or not he'd fix it, and only if someone else didn't show up to their appointment. So I could potentially be late to work and still be rejected. This treatment is horrible. If one of my employees messed something up, I would take responsibility and fix it, but I guess this company only cares about getting paid and not doing good work."

"The employees are very rude. The dentist cussed at me as well. The services are bad as well. Once they gave me too many shots which hurt my nerves. The employees will talk behind your back and say bad things about you. Please do not go there. If you do go, and have a bad experience you should file a lawsuit. That might finally get this awful place shut down !"
